Duffy’s chocolate consists of single origin artisan chocolate bars made from cacao sourced from different regions all over the world, including Ecuador, Honduras and Guatemala.
Duffy Sheardown sources his beans directly from the growers under a scheme operated by his organization Direct Cacao which provides cacao bean farmers with a higher income. At Duffy’s Chocolate, the beans are sorted and carefully roasted by hand to bring out their natural flavour. After four days of grinding, Duffy and his team pour the chocolate into bar moulds, and then wrap them by foil and cover them with a paper wrapper.
It is this degree of personal attention given to his product that has made Duffy’s Chocolate an award winning, “bean to bar” chocolatier and we hope you appreciate it as much as we do!
